Provide a working ladder if available, along with proper lighting and power outlet.

Operate the pulley system up and down along with the technician.

False ceiling (Gypsum/POP) installation requires special framing toggles and will incur extra charges.
Any missing hardware from the customer's kit will be supplied at actual material cost.
Q1. Can a ceiling cloth hanger be installed on a POP or Gypsum false ceiling? Answer: Standard anchors cannot hold weight on thin false ceilings. It must be anchored into the main concrete slab above, which may require specialized long rods or toggle bolts at an extra cost.
Q2. Do I need to buy the pulley cloth hanger kit separately? Answer: Yes, the customer needs to buy the drying rack set (rods, ropes, pulleys). Our carpenter handles complete assembly and wall/ceiling installation.
Q3. How much weight can a ceiling-mounted hanger hold? Answer: When properly installed in concrete, standard 6-rod pulley systems can safely hold 15–20 kg of wet clothes distributed across the pipes.
