Before Service Checklist

• Ensure easy access to the work area.

• Remove items around the installation area.
• Inform the technician about any previous drainage issues.

After Service Instructions

• Run water to verify proper drainage.
• Check for any leakage around the joints.
• Avoid putting excessive pressure on newly installed pipes for the first few hours.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide access to the plumbing area.
• Inform the technician about hidden or previous pipe damage.
• Approve any additional work before it begins.

• Labour charges are included in the service price.
• Spare parts and replacement pipes will be charged separately unless specified otherwise.
• Additional plumbing work outside the standard scope will incur extra charges.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Free rescheduling before technician dispatch.
• Cancellation after technician arrival may attract a visit charge.

Revisit / Service Warranty Policy

If a workmanship-related issue is reported within 24 hours after service completion, Shandar Services may inspect the installation and provide a revisit where applicable.
