Our Window AC Service is designed to keep your window air conditioner clean, efficient, and ready for reliable cooling. Our trained AC technicians inspect the unit, clean accessible filters, coils, fins and other serviceable areas, check airflow and cooling performance, inspect the drain system, and test the AC after servicing.
Regular window AC servicing can help reduce dust buildup, improve airflow, maintain cooling performance, and identify common problems before they become major repairs. Standard servicing and deep/foam cleaning are different levels of service, so the required service is recommended after inspecting the AC condition.
If the AC has heavy dust, dirt, grease, mold or restricted airflow, deep/foam cleaning may be recommended instead of basic servicing. Deep cleaning generally involves more intensive cleaning of coils, fins and other accessible components.
The following are not included in standard Window AC Service unless specifically booked or quoted separately:
Gas filling and major electrical/component repairs are commonly treated as separate services rather than standard cleaning/servicing.
AC gas should not be refilled simply as part of routine servicing. If cooling is poor and refrigerant is suspected, the technician should inspect the system and determine whether gas loss or leakage is actually present before recommending refrigerant work.
The final cost for repairs, gas work, spare parts, deep cleaning, dismantling or other additional work depends on the AC condition and required materials.
Window AC service generally includes inspection, filter cleaning, accessible coil/fin cleaning, dust removal, drainage checking, airflow and cooling-performance testing, and basic operational checks.
No. Refrigerant/gas filling is normally not included in standard servicing and is charged separately when required.
Yes. The technician checks cooling performance, airflow and general AC operation after servicing.
Not necessarily. Basic service and deep/foam cleaning are different service levels. If the AC has heavy dirt or restricted airflow, deep cleaning may be recommended separately.
Yes. Window ACs of different brands and ages can generally be inspected and serviced. If any major component is faulty, the technician will explain the required repair separately.
Servicing can improve cooling when the problem is caused by dust, blocked filters, dirty coils or restricted airflow. However, low cooling can also result from refrigerant issues, compressor problems, electrical faults or damaged components, which require separate diagnosis or repair.
No. Compressor repair or replacement is a major repair and is not included in standard servicing.
Basic electrical inspection may be performed, but replacement or repair of PCB, capacitor, wiring, motor, thermostat or other electrical components is generally charged separately.
No. Installation, dismantling, shifting and re-installation are separate services.
Only if separately approved and charged. Spare parts are not included in the standard service price.
Regular servicing is recommended based on usage, dust levels and cooling performance. ACs operating in dusty environments or used heavily may require more frequent cleaning.
The technician will identify the issue and explain the required repair. Major repair work or replacement parts should be carried out only after approval.
Standard servicing covers accessible/serviceable areas. Complete internal deep cleaning may require a separate deep or foam-cleaning service depending on the AC condition.
Gas leakage repair is not included in standard service. Leakage diagnosis and repair require separate work and may involve additional materials and labour.
Yes, the service can be performed at the customer's premises, subject to the AC's accessibility and service requirements.
